A “golden” spirit

AURELIA takes its name from the Latin aureus, “golden” – light, radiance, a precious focal point in the room. The dining table draws that into a sculptural centre: wood and brass composing a geometry of sunrise, the visual heart of a space and a stage for gathering.

design concept and inspiration

Radial marquetry converging on a brass disc

The circular top is a radial marquetry of contrasting wood veneers – eucalyptus frisé, walnut and poplar root – converging on a central brass disc, like rays of light drawn to a golden core. This graphic top is balanced by a solid pedestal base, a vertical column of warmth. Around it, people gather and move, turning the table into both a platform and the heart of the room.
 

Made for residential interiors and hospitality projects, the AURELIA Dining Table holds a strong but calm presence, its warm tones and precise marquetry bringing radiance to a dining area.
