design concept and inspiration
Contrasting woods, banded in brass
The design features three sculpted pillars in contrasting woods, each framed by bands of brass, support a slim rounded top with a leather surface. Seen from the front, the pillars read as rays rising from the floor, a rhythm of solids and intervals that gives the piece height and structure. The play between lighter and darker tones, with the brass bands between them, carries the collection’s language of light.
Designed for entrance halls, corridors and hospitality settings, the AURELIA Console works as a threshold – marking a transition, guiding the eye, and giving a grounded base to artworks or flowers.
