ARMCHAIR
LOVELACE
The Essence of Lovelace
Structure, comfort and visual rhythm, held together
LOVELACE Armchair is inspired by Ada Lovelace, the pioneering mathematician often regarded as the first computer programmer, whose work saw the potential of machines beyond pure calculation. Just as Ada envisioned an invisible language connecting numbers, symbols, and ideas, LOVELACE explores the bond between structure, comfort, and visual rhythm.

A continuous volume, seat and back in one line
Seat and back flow into one another like a single line of thought, a place where the body rests while the mind keeps working. At the centre of the back, the stripes close into a target, a brass sphere set at its core.
