KAISER SIDEBOARD

The Essence of KAISER

Order kept, out of sight

KAISER Sideboard is named after Inez Yeargan Kaiser, who built her career shaping narratives and organising information from behind the scenes. In that spirit, the piece keeps order in what usually stays out of sight: a calm, steady presence that leads a room through its form and its function rather than through display.

design concept and inspiration

Continuous walnut grain over a splayed brass base

A long, low volume in walnut veneer with a half-gloss finish, raised on a splayed brushed brass base. The façade is four doors, the grain running continuously across the whole front so the piece reads as one length of wood, opened by a chamfered lip rather than visible handles. A slim line of brass runs along the base of the doors. Inside, shelving and a fabric-lined cutlery drawer keep everything in order.

Designed for dining rooms and living areas, KAISER works as a strong horizontal anchor. It holds generous storage to keep surfaces clear, while the top serves as a stage for lamps and artworks. Warm walnut and brushed brass, and little else.
