design concept and inspiration
A curved back and integrated arms, raised to counter height
At counter height, the chair’s gently curved back and integrated arms wrap the sitter in a sense of protection. Slim, dark-stained legs give a vertical rhythm, while a brass footrest adds a line of warm metal. Piping runs along the inside back and the outer contour, and brass studs trace the back’s outline.
The MONICA Bar Chair settles its surroundings, steady and ready to support. It suits both residential and commercial interiors, and lets a bar area read as a natural extension of the dining space.
